Viewpoints in Vall de Boí

Accessible viewpoint that allows you to reach under the great Santa Maria de Cardet apse, one of the most spectacular in the valley. It also has privileged views over Barruera village and the entire Salencar natural area.

Just 15 minutes from Taüll, it's a spectacular viewpoint of whole valley, seeing the villages of Boí, Erill la Vall, Barruera and Cardet. An interpretative board will help you to recognize all the mountains you are contemplating.

From Taüll, walking about 30 minutes from village, we find this path that will take us to enjoy the views of this village and the high mountains that surround it as protecting it, feeling as "where the Pyrenees touch the sky", while sitting on one of the benches.

It is located at a crossroads of valleys and allows us to enjoy if we look at the bottom towards the ski resort, the villages of Boí, Taüll and Pla de l'Ermita. To the north Aigüestortes National Park and Caldes de Boí and to the west the small valley that forms the village os Erill la Vall.

One of the best viewpoints of the valley. From there we can see almost all the villages of the valley, the entrance, from the entrance: Cóll, to the end: Cavallers Dam.

Just 15 minutes away from Boí, on the road that connects the villages Boí and Barruera, you will find a spectacular view point where the peace of the Boí Valley reigns. From here, we can enjoy the impressive views of Laüt and the Caldes area, with the village of Erill la Vall just in front.

The view point of Pla de l'Ermita offers a unique touch thanks to its wooden pergola, from which a panoramic view unfolds before us, encompassing the mountains of the valley and revealing the picturesque village of Taüll in all its splendor.

At this emblematic point, we will find a bench that invites us to take a break to contemplate the rich flora and fauna of this idyllic place.
