Leave Erill (1.250m) from the Plaça de Dalt square, climbing along the Carrera Forat trail up to the L-500 road. Head N along the road up to the Boí bridge and, before crossing it, turn left. Follow the trail passing behind the hostel and then walk along it, first along an open area and then through the shade of the forest, up to Caldes de Boí spa (1.450m).
