The utilization of the natural resources offered by our region results in agri-food products characterized by their exceptional quality, both in terms of raw materials and production processes. Cured meats, cheeses, honey, jam, liquors, bread, and more are the agri-food products you will find in Vall de Boí, in addition to cosmetic and natural products.

These artisans craft their products using animals raised in our mountains, seasonal fruits from our gardens and forests, or plants cultivated in our meadows, all of which are integral parts of our landscape. They harness the water that springs from our sources to create their goods.
