Boí Taüll reaffirms its international position with the ISMF Skimo World Cup 2025.

The Boí Taüll ski resort has strengthened its reputation as an international benchmark by hosting the ISMF Skimo World Cup 2025. On February 1st and 2nd, it was the official venue for two top-level events: the sprint and the mixed relays, disciplines that will make their debut at the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games.
With the participation of approximately 200 athletes from 28 countries, the competition attracted top international athletes. The event, endorsed by the International Ski Mountaineering Federation (ISMF), highlighted the quality of Boí Taüll’s services and infrastructure, further consolidating its reputation as a host for high-level competitions.
The openning and award ceremony, which took place on Saturday afternoon in Boí, and with the participation of political representatives and the world of sport, but also with the girls and boys of the school of Vall de Boí, who sang a song composed for the occasion, contributed to making known the Romanesque, World Heritage by UNESCO and Vall de Boí.
Thank you to everyone involved for making this event possible and for contributing to the development of ski mountaineering in our region.
