Autumn in the Vall de Boí
Enjoy autumn and let yourself be enchanted by its colors.
The only national park in Catalonia, where the landscape changes with each season of the year.
We suggest four routes:
Otter Route: Starting from the Palanca de la Molina parking area, following the Sant Nicolau River, passing by the Llebreta Lake, the Sant Esperit waterfall, and reaching the Aigüestortes plain.
Aigüestortes Route to Llong Lake: This route follows the course of the Sant Nicolau River, passing through the Planell Gran and the Aigüadaci meadow.
Marmot Route: A trail that skirts the Cavallers Dam and leads to the Estany Negre (Black Lake).
Toirigo to the Cavallers Reservoir: A path through the forest.
Where you can enjoy the landscape, nature, and the dry stone walls.
The traditional paths connect all the villages of the Vall de Boí, allowing you to visit the set of Romanesque churches.
You can hike from village to village, or take a circular route between three or four villages, depending on how much you feel like walking and discovering the landscapes, culture, and heritage left by our ancestors.
Spectacular viewpoints with a bird's-eye view
The viewpoints are short routes for a quick stroll, taking advantage of your visit to the villages of the Vall de Boí or the set of Romanesque churches.
From these viewpoints, you can enjoy the peace, the landscape, and the different views that each of them offers.
A privileged excuse to visit them and fall in love with the Vall de Boí.
