In Vall de Boí, for a long time now, thanks to the pastures and the effort of the people who live here, we have maintained the breeding of brown and organic cows. We value our breeders and our farms. They are small family businesses deeply rooted in the territory, performing a very important function of landscape maintenance and preservation of native breeds with a legacy of customs and ways of doing passed down from generation to generation.
Through a system of natural breeding and fattening, the animals feed on fresh grass from high mountain pastures.
By consuming this meat, you are contributing to the maintenance of sustainable livestock in mountain areas, where food production is compatible with environmental protection. Additionally, most of our farms are certified for organic veal.
