A breath of fresh air: The Baths of Caldes de Boi are located at an altitude of 1500m, at the entrance to the Aigüestortes National Park and surrounded by nature. Pure waters: 37 mineral and medicinal springs with different properties and therapeutic and beauty uses.
Vall de Boí’s cuisine is a mountain cuisine based on the natural ingredients available locally and prepared according to ancient traditions. Above all, it is a seasonal cuisine. Mushrooms are very important in our dishes, as are organic beef and lamb from animals reared in our region.
This is a traditionalist valley with numerous ancestral customs.
At Aigüestortes and Estany de Sant Maurici National Park, the Pyrenees touch the sky. You will find 4 peaks that are over 3000 metres high and about 10 over 2800 metres.
